Keikaku is very good for indies rock bands. Project J isn't updated much these days, but the existing profiles for their non-VK bands are thorough and there are song samples with them.

Can't think of any more off the top of my head right now.

Yeah, Project-J is awesome, even if it hasn't been updated since the middle of last year. It's where I found out about most of the bands I like.
