Hey guys, I'm back...sorta. I kinda went through some life changing events, like switching to active duty Army, and leaving civilian life altogether. Now, I'm through with all my training, and I've settled into the normal military life, not much different than my days in the Marines. I've decided that I'll retire out of the Army in about 10 years and move on to something else. Anyways, if anyone here who remembers me, especially those who live in Japan, well...I now live right across the pond...literally. I'm stationed here in South Korea. I love it here, it's way different from Japan, and completely NOT what I expected. My only complaint so far is the flight over...18 hours straight from Atlanta Georgia. However, I got off the plane grinning ear to ear.
So, it's not Japan, but I feel like this is where I belong. All these kids here who've never been away from home are all homesick. Yeah, I miss my family and everyone else, but there's no other place I'd rather be. Hey...I'm back in Asia, and it didn't cost me anything to get here...except more than my share of push-ups...

! But then you talked about something about the army...sooo...Glad to hear you're doing fine and are having a good time in SK
