Short sentences

Hi All ! i am not sure if i wrote those sentences in Japanese correctly .

まい 夏休み 、 わたしの 海の家 行きます
Here I wanted to say that every summer I go to my sea house

- 顔色が よく ありませんね 、元気ですか ？

here i wanted to say something like are you pale?

Did I write the sentences correctly? Thank you very much !

I would say 夏になると、毎年私は海（の近く）にある家に行きます。 for the first one. 夏休み means "summer holiday". 毎夏 is in dictionaries, but not so common.

顔色がよくありませんね。大丈夫ですか？
元気ですか is more likely for greeting.
