HE IS EVIL EVIL I TELL YOU i'm at leval 48 Sora has every piece of eqetment weapons you name it and i aint shabby at fighting but he kills me in 1-3 moves even if i use the reaction comand someboay here has had to beat him is there any trick advice to his tempary destruction PLEASE HELP

And on my mission page it says meet the girls again in Hollow Bastion but where i already met them and got the gullwings key chain what is this second meeting anybody know

I was level 86 when I beat him, hahaha (On proud mode, but still...)

I recommend the following

Charge Berserk? While Sora's mp is building up, he will be able to attack for infinite combos, although Seph(unfairly) teleports away mid-combo, it'll have taken a good chunk of his hp by then.

When Seph starts his normal attack combo, his first 2 attempts will be to try and hit you into the air. Get hit into the air and straight away use the mid-air counter, when Seph goes up to attack you you'll hit him first, then combo him back to the stone-age :P If you avoid the first 2 attempts, he'll try a ground combo, which makes it a lot harder to avoid.

The attack that makes your hp 1, and mp 0, you can stop this one while he's talking to himself mid-air. saves from using up precious elixirs and potions

Have you got all forms to level 7? I found wisdom form's air-slide VERY useful for avoiding those flame-pillars, and seph's counter attacks. The double-jump is also great (cos it's fast) at avoiding meteor.

I was at lvl 90 or so on Proud mode when I beat him the second time. The first time I beat him was on easy, but I cheated by using Max Health and Max Defense cheats. I still had a hard time trying to beat with the cheats on. :( But I thought the only way I could redeem myself was to beat Sephiroth with the Kingdom Key on Proud Mode. So one time, I beat Sephiroth on Proud Mode, no items, equipped with the Kingdom Key.

Now, what I recommend

Be at least lvl 80. If you're playing on normal or Proud mode, make sure you can use Glide lvl 3 and Airial Dodge lvl 3 as normal Sora. I did NOT use Berserk Charge, I equipped MP Rage and 2 MP Hastes while having Ultima Weapon, no combo add-ons (both air and ground), and I equipped combo negative (decreases maximum combos by 1). I used glide during the meteors part. It is true you can stop his Halo attack by hitting him before he casts the spell. I also glided away from his fiery pillars of doom. lol Have Curaga as a short cut and have six elixirs equipped to you. Also, with my strategy, you need Airial Recovery. If needed, synthesize a bunch of attack boosts and defense boosts. One time, I took down one of his bars in 6 hits.

When he knocks you in the air, airial recover, and when he appears, lock-on quickly and attack to try to intercept him. When he's about to do his deadly sword slash (with reaction command), be sure to gain some distance between you and him because after the attack, you won't have to run after him to attack.

Hope that my and Karamuucho's strategies have been helpful for you. Good luck!

*gets dizzy*

Thanks guys

Man leval 90 i have never been anywhere near that leval in anything other than a turn based game which i happen to be incredible at *slaps self for being cocky*lol

no seriously i think it might be a lost caurse but i'm gonna give it a go

Leval 90 *crys*

I wouldn't say it's impossible to beat him around 60~70, just a hell of a lot harder, lol, but just as in KH1, practice makes perfect ;)

HA HA i didn't beat him in KH1 either *runs and hides*

I got the rotter in FF7 though lol

Your Kidding he kills me in three moves 0.0

Mind you in KH1 he killed me in one move i thought i was getting better but it turns out his easier lol (^O^)

Why can't this game be turn based LOL

I'm dreading the new battle system for FF12 i'v heard it isn't turn based anymore ^_^;;

ohh reflectga yea, theres a bit where he sends loads of spheres at you, you can either hit them away with ur keyblade or use reflectga to hit them all, the ones that go in his direction will damage him too

It was easy for me to get to lvl 90 because I was leveling up my forms as well. Trust me, it was a long time before I leveled up my forms to the max(before I beat Sephiroth). I also had a difficult time fighting Sephiroth in KH1. I beat that giant Heartless in the desert in Aladdin's world first and he was hard.
