Sentence Help!

Hello! For my Japanese class I was assigned a speech telling how to do something that had to do with a car in the simplest version possible (example: parallel parking, stopping at a red light, turning the car on, ect) I'm giving my speech on how to change a tire. I know my sentences aren't right and I am in desperate need of help so I can have time to memorize my speech before Tuesday. Below I've written out what I am trying to say,, and what I have "translated" so far (I know its probably super incorrect. I'm not good at writing sentences at all)

English:
1. First of all, pull over
2. Turn on hazard lights
3. Loosen the lug nuts
4. Lift the vehicle
5. Pull the tire off car
6. Replace with spare
7. Put on lug nuts
8. Lower the car to the ground
9. Tighten lug nuts
10. Put everything back into your car

Japanese:
1. もすよせる
2. ふりんかつける
3. ヌトたるむ
4. のりものもたげる
5. のりものきせきつける
6. かえかえるもつて
7. ヌトはめる
8. のりものちさげる
9. ヌトしめ
10. はべてはるのりものかえす

Help correcting these would be very much appreciated.
*My teacher and I could not find a word for "lug nut" so he told me to just use "ヌト"
**Hiragana/katakana only would be appreciated. My teacher has not yet taught us kanji.

For confirmation, ヌト is exactly the word your teacher suggested to use?

Correct. However if you have an alternative suggestion I'd be happy to hear.

My suggestion is "Change your teacher"...

I'll give you some vocabulary to help you out. You try redoing your sentences, and then we can help you more:

ジャッキ
あげる
ナット
ゆるめる
タイヤ
はずす
スペア
つける
しめる
おろす
もどす

ナット is the word you are looking for, or more specifically ホイールナット, i.e., "wheel nut".
All your translations don't make sense at all, I'm afraid. There are so many typos for nouns or verbs (e.g., たるむ --> ゆるめる, もたげる --> もちあげる). I believe you can find those words in the dictionary quite easily.

A lot of the vocabulary that I had, I had to do at home so I didn't have a dictionary with me sadly. I looked up an online Japanese dictionary but I guess many of the words they gave me where incorrect sadly. Please forgive me for my ignorance. I'm quite a beginner. I don't know much about sentence structure other then TSPOV (time/subject/preposition/object/verb) and even that I don't know well. I created new sentences with the vocabulary Mike Cash gave me. Hopefully I did even a little bit it right..

1. もすよせる

3. ホイールナットゆるめる
4. のりものもちあげるもつてジャッキ
5. クルマきせきはめる
6. スペアもどす
7. ホイールナットつける
8. クルマはずす
9. ホイールナットしめる

It's already Wednesday, so you don't need the translation anymore?
