Well, as you might have figured I have talked to Satori and found out what ups and all. And believe me people when i say i was VERY SURPRISED when i found out what was going on. Well it seems alot of stuff.....and a few people have pm me...but i see it as one of those situations where i could get myself in trouble by...saying what i know soooooo...if you guys really want to know i guess you will have to find her on esanga and ask. awwwwwwwwwwww please don't kill me for not saying anything....

awwwww I miss satori! She was so good to talk to and when I felt like I got in trouble with everyone on the forums (e.g. long term relationships thread) she made everything better! I don't know what happened with her but I wish she would come back because she was a true asset to these forums and I miss her dearly

Unfortunately threads like this do nothing but make the original pettiness worse and put anyone who wanted to return in an awkward position. I know it may be a tall order, but if everyone could simply grow up and handle things more discreetly.... ☝jieshi said:

I'm surprised to read the comments by both Rachel and Elizabeth in this thread. Just so everyone knows, Thomas and I have been in contact with Satori all this time, and we are both aware of why she left the forum. She did not abandon anyone, and she did not leave the forum because she did not like this forum or its members. More importantly, she did not leave the forum because of anything petty or because she was being punished. I am surprised that Rachel would say, "There are two sides to everything..." implying that there was some type of controversy surrounding Satori's absence. Rachel should have known better than to say that about Satori.
Also, I'm surprised that Elizabeth felt qualified to comment on Satori and her situation, especially since she's not a member of the Jref moderating team and privy to forum matters. Satori was a moderator of this forum, and her decision to leave the forum was discussed in private with both Thomas and myself, as administrators of this forum. I don't know on what basis Elizabeth made the comment, "... you either need to find forums that fit your personality or be particularly flexible and open-minded ...." Whatever would give you that idea about Satori? That's a very unkind thing to say about her.
Elizabeth further comments, "Unfortunately, threads like this do nothing but make the original pettiness worse and put anyone who wanted to return in an awkward position. And why would you assume it would be awkward for her to return to this forum? Please refrain from making potentially harmful comments about other forum members in the future. I am now going to lock this thread to avoid any further confusion.
