MMsan ha ima made ichiban nagai aida oshieru gakusei de, totemo totemo ganbatte iru you desune. Nihongo no joutatsu mo me ni miete wakaru node osieru no de kaiga aru to omoimasuyo.

Because MMsan is the longest running student, there is the appearance of going at it from all sides. But because you have made visible progress in the language, teaching is very worthwhile and rewarding, I think anyway...

"Iie. Haha ni dame da tte iwaremashita."
(No. I was told by my mother that it's no good. [I can't])

Haha = jibun no okaasan
Okaasan = hoka no hito no okaasan ka jibun no okaasan to hanasu toki
(Haha = your own mother)
(Okaasan = someone else's mother, or when you're talking to your mother)

(True, true. Isn't there any real life application of English that you could show them? If you did, that would help.)

Seikatsu no tsukairyou ga nakereba, narau no wa nan de mo taihen no you desu ne.
(Without a real life use, learning anything seems like a pain.)
