Edit: I forget to mention... I lost the Vall'na Racill single. Oh well... I guess in a way it's a good thing... since I also bid on a 1st press of Yurikago that ends in 19 hours. I didn't have the money for it so by losing the single I can afford it... haha. If I win it that is...

That sucks that you lost that single PKK. When I bid on the yurikago 1st press no one tried to outbid me on it, but good luck with it and I hope you do win it.

I have no luck... I lost it too.. haha. There's another one up for auction so I'll try bidding on that one... 3rd times the charm... maybe?

Prepare yourselves for a very long post... LOL. I spent the last couple hours rereading diary entries. I'm too far behind... so I'll just give you guys a summary of everything they said recently and translate a couple key entries. There are just too many to translate... Satsuki has been writing several entries a day... one day he wrote 6 entries! Where does he find the time? O_O

Satsuki announced they finally completed all the finishing touches on the new album. He said the whole process of creating the album was about a half a year. He said that the release of Karasu Iro no Taiji is approaching so soon and we will get to hear it entirely. He has a bunch of random entries about a movie he wants to go see, about someone sending him a picture in the mail of cherry blossoms, something about a banquet and the releasing of tour information, photoshoots, the weather... haha... there was one entry that made me laugh so hard... all he said was the Jazz is groovy... LOL. There was another one where he says the mastering of the album is groovy... haha. Now I'm scared... RES making groovy music... haha... but a jazzy RES song could be awesome! In one he said he had a scary dream but he didn't say what it was about. There was one saying that you could see a little bit more in live photos... haha... I think he meant his chest and stomach. He mentioned something about a live video but I couldn't understand him. Man I hope to god they are releasing a live DVD! Oh... and he was very sad when April Fools Day was over... aww... haha.

I translated this entry cause I thought it was important... it's kinda "chopped up" cause I could figure out everything. Satsuki is still hard to translate even after all this time... LOL

As for Karasu Iro no Taiji

Although being an indispensable tune for in the album,

Making it independent applies the importance of the work [meaning a single by "independant" I assume]

Doing a special thing in the label surface is one of the reasons (just the first board, ne?) [no clue... I think he means the weird fetus drawing that's gonna be the cover... I wonder if Takumi did drawing and nagged him to use that drawing on the album and Satsuki didn't want to and finally gave up and said "FINE!!! ...we'll make it a single! Just leave me alone!" I could honestly picture that... LOL. I wish Takumi would post his doodles in his journals... I love his doodles... especially his little crazy egg dude]

Going in the album, there is also a message which it shoots for the first time

Intense message as a work

The color which the tune gives out respectively at two positions is different

Hearing even now, the mind is in thought

We would like to say that it was not written in a poetic manner [I got this line is soooo wrong I'm sure... XD]

Conveying by any means and applying a wanted understanding [...buuut maybe it's right cause maybe he means it's a message rather than a poem or story... XD]

But at first glance, even with the Rentrer en Soi of the time before, it is evident that it has become worldwide

This is largely different, it is step up

The manner of approach as a band progresses grew

But also it brings self-confidence and the assurance of achievement


This kind of reinforces that age old entry when Satsuki before they changed their name... he said that Rentrer en Soi was known worldwide or atleast aiming to be... which is certainly hopeful. So all caps really is going big... haha. Maybe the "step up" is worldwide tour... woo!

hahahahaha... oh man I'd die if that turned up as one of their songs... I swear all I could think of was Satsuki staring out the window singing that song "Rain rain go away come again some other day" LOL

As for Takumi... he said it was a 4 month process recording for the album. He said the album is a famous musical work of the highest quality and the impression it gives is unmeasurable... (haha a little confident, eh?) I think if I translated correctly Takumi had a little accident at their last live. If I understand right there was equipment troubles... haha... he was banging his head and hit his head on his guitar and his head was bleeding... he had to get stitches yikes! He's so funny though.... he said "it's all good" lol... he kept laughing through the whole entry. He had random entries as usual... one very long confusing one about the death day of one of his idols.

Shun... he's a butt... ahaha. He finally updated after ages though... it was on the 6th of this month. He said he's very busy and at that point the album was about 98% done. He said he was waiting and trembling over the one-man that was coming up... haha.

I haven't been paying attention to Ryo or Shun or Mika's diaries... they hardly update... there's a few new ones of Ryo I never saw... Turns out he was pretty sick . He had to go the the hospital a few times. He's been really fatigued and in pain. He's been sleeping alot. He mentioned he got lots of fanmail... poor baby... I want to take care of him He said he keeps persevering though and he'll live... aww... haha.

There's this one entry Mika made that makes me laugh everytime. Did you know Mika is a gardener... LOL. No I'm serious. He wrote this impassioned entry about now having 5 liquid crystal monitors at his farm shop... haha. Ok maybe not impassioned... but he called it a treasure house... or maybe he grows weed. Who knows... haha. He had some pretty long entries but they are so cute. One of them he said the smell of cherry blossoms is wonderful and there is a connection between the smell and memories and he goes into this whole thing about the fragrance... and as you are starting to swooning over his words he totally switches to the topic of healthy and nutritional drinks... LOL. Then he starts talking about Sacchan's singing (Satsuki... haha... it's so cute they call him that). Then there was another entry about lack of sleep and how it effects his muscles... if he doesn't sleep to much his brain and body doesn't heal... aww. His most recent entry was way to wordy and deep for my understanding... haha. I do know there was a part where he was saying he wanted to strive and train himself to be the kind of person who elegantly handles things.

Wow PK, you must have known that RES was on my mind and I was just about to make a post in here saying how much I LOVE Taiyou no Todokanai Basho.... that bass..... ... I hadn't listened to Astre for waaay too long. >< Now I am falling in love with it all over again!

OMG... thank you for all that long post... must have taken you ages. hehe, a jazzy RES song would be pretty cool to hear! I like jazz... but let's hope they wouldn't leave quite all of their old style, lol.

Aww, poor Satsuki and his scary dreams. I want to cuddle him and make him forget about his scary dream...

Cor... that chopped up post in italics really is like a poem... I think I ought to start re-translating all my blog entries twice through Babelfish in order to achieve a similar level of poetic incomprehensibility! haha...

Mika is a gardener too?! I can just picture him and Seth growing radishes together! No really... gardening is the new cool hobby... Anyway, I hope he gives some of his nutritional drinks to Ryo.

Haha... no prob! Well it didn't take too long since I had already read most of the entries but was too lazy to translate them properly to post so I only had a few to catch up on... LOL.

Don't worry about it... I laughed at Takumi's accident too... I wonder if fangirls we're trying to catch his blood in their mouths... haha. And he'd totally be easy to manipulate even without the head injury... I could just say there's ramen at my hotel room and he'd surely agree to come over... LOL. I honestly don't need to manipulate him though... he'll know I'm the one and fall in love with me instantly... of this I am sure... lol.

Wow PKK I really hope you do win one of 1st press copys of Yurikago ^_^. Also thank you for translating the entries. I only understood takumi's where he hit is head on his guitar. I've done that once at a gig with my old band had a huge gash and then had stitches. ☝

I know satsuki been on writing bloggy spree or something I usually read their blogs but it's alot to read so thanks for translating the member entries! *-* you know I read somewhere that satsuki jumped into the crowd in recent live lol that's so funny I never thought satsuki as the type to jump into crazy crowd he's used to be all frail and stuff but I guess no more.. I agree about the PROTOPLASM Hoshikuzu no Rasen thing... it does sound a bit similiar only like backward and pushed through a strainer... haha... ok... I just felt like saying that... but that's be pretty cool to pass songs through strainers... ahaha. Oh I swear this cough medicine is making me loopy. I thought the first time I listened to the clip of Karasu Iro no Taiji on the OHP it was a heavier PROTOPLASM... but now I listened to it several *coughmillion* times I don't think htat at all. And am I the only one but when I listen to Haikyo to Kashita Hakoniwa I swear I always think it's a re-make of an old song.

I won mine on April 6th and i'm still waiting for it to arrive at Akibado's office so they can send it off for me and the 2 cure magazines i got on April 4 and 6th and i'm still waiting for those to arrive at their offices as well. *sighs* I hate playing the waiting for orders to arrive at offices game XD.

I still want to order the new single, but the only way i can is with paypal and yesasia doesn't have the Karasu Ito no Taiji single
