The most common way I heard HE actually spoken was when some friends would answer "what are you going to do tonight?" with 屁をこいて寝る「へをこいてねる」as a joke.
The other response was クソして寝る. Obviously I only interact with the cream of the crop. lolMust be a Kansai thing.![]()
HOLY SMOKES! It's nice to meet someone else my age on this forum, my good man.I gave up on it 50 years ago , LOL. I couldn't find a single person in Maine who spoke Japanese or had an interest in it. About 40 years ago I signed up for a Japanese class where the teacher said my Hakata-ben was trash Japanese and I gave up on it then for good. I have a class in 3 weeks my wife signed me up for to get me out of the house. I'm hoping there will be someone there who will take my 40 Japanese learning books to get them out of my cellar. There are supposed to be about 20 people in the class. I'm hoping I can get some or all of them to join JREF.
Almost everybody here is older than you.HOLY SMOKES! It's nice to meet someone else my age on this forum, my good man.40 Japanese learning books sounds awesome! That teacher sounded rude as Hell.
Wow that is amazing! Holy smokes. What a life to live!I was living the life in Fukuoka Japan with my Japanese sweetheart. The Navy got even with me and sent me to Adak in the Aleutians in 1972. One dollar got 360 Yen and the Navy gave me an extra $80 a month to live off our overcrowded base. I felt rich and lucky. 51 years ago and I still miss it.View attachment 131425
