Question Reading Japanese

It's so cool that you're on this forum, too! I'm so happy! Haha, it's amazing the amount of languages you know! I'm always kind of sheepish trying to speak to Japanese people in person, haha. Even though I'm sure they appreciate the effort and love for their language.

It's a good idea that you read a lot in Japanese. When reading them, if there are some kanjis that you don't know how to read, just skip them and go on reading. You may be able to imagine what it means.

You said 1st level. Does it mean very easy and not complicated level for you ? In this case I also recommend you ONDOKU音読 It means to read with your voice as clearly and smoothly as possible. It's a good exercise to get fluency in Japanese when you talk.

Yes, you can have more than one は in a sentence. The sentence in that book is fine. It's just a sentence where the first は is addressing the subject in the sentence ("Everyone"), and the second は is the topic ("pictures").
