Hey Rocketeer,

A man after my own heart! Do you have any racing vids? Can you post 'em up?

How big is street racing over in SA?

Street Racing is quite big here in SA...the cops give us a very hard time though...so when we go racing we are extremely cautious not to get caught.

we do straight line racing as well as some twisties...

i hav some racing vids...i will try to post it... 👍

Ok, here's my baby....

It is a 1994 Toyota Supra RZ (Twin Turbo)
Currently it is making 254Kw at the wheels, or approximately 330HP with just basic mods.

Actually the current mods are nothing more than a 3.5inch exhaust from the turbo back, a pod style air filter and increased boost to ~16PSI :-)

Anyway, here she is:

Here is mine (pic from www.suzuki.co.uk):

Suzuki GS 500 E (1995)

Technical:

Engine Type: 2-cylinder, 4-stroke, air-cooled
Transmission: 6-speed
Piston Displacement: 506 cc [487 cc]
Max Power: 62 PS @ 8,800 rpm [45 PS @ 9,200 rpm]
Top Speed: 245 km/h [173 km/h] / 152 mph [107 mph]
Dry Mass: 159 kg [167 kg]
Acc 0-100 (km/h): 4-5 sec. [5,5-6 sec.]
Crashs: 3

The values in brackets are the original specs.

I like it!

How do you find the handling on the supra?

Cheers :D

The handling is not too bad, mind you, mine still has the original 10 year old suspension.

Once I upgrade it (suspension), it should handle better than new.

Yea.

Full coilover units, or just replacment springs?

Thats the same Blitz BOV thats on my dads SW20 aswell.

hey guys
i only got a 88 corolla
its pretty much **** but it runs

I'd like to go the whole way and get some nice Tein FLEX coilovers along with some other bits and pieces from JIC for bracing and whatnot...

My car..

Mine was a 1995 MX-3 GS, best time was a 13.6, 3 runs in a row.

But recently I took a turn to sharp and with just my luck hit a landscape granite rock that was in the turn. Needless to say it hit my passenger fender and door, and broke the tie rod on that side.
