Sorry...heh. I did have a car (Subaru Outback), but it was actually my dads and when I moved out he said he was keeping it . I like to ride my bike everywhere anyhow heh.

Cheers.

Well, here's my ride: a 2000 Toyota Camry XLE V6 in gray. It's not fancy, can't afford that, but the license plate is kinda cool!
👍

I don't even have a car, never mind a Japanese one. :( I could always post a picture of my dream machine, I suppose.....

That's a nice looking sx you have there. I'm guessing because you're in America it is a 240sx? I have owned a few S13 silvias in New Zealand, plus a few of my friends have 200sx ( 2ltr 4 turbo ).

Yeah 240sx but SR swapped. Probably gonna sell the car soon. I like the whole Bling JDM drift car factor but Sick of the Drift Fanboys always asking the same stupid questions
DO you drift?
Is that an sr 240?
Is it fast?

Its in the shop getting a flame job done, these were taken late last year. (I also have a 93 grand am, but it isnt worth posting)

1952 Chevrolet Styleline Deluxe, factory engine and mechanics, runs great.

Very nice! 👍
Unfortunately for me, my only wheels are those of my bikes. I love them dearly but they aren't internet camwhores. 😊

Not a great picture but a very fun car. '95 Z28 Camaro. 275 factory rated HP 5.7L V8. As for mods, 3.73 gear set, CAI and a 3" cut-out.

You underestimate your talents, BruceC! That's a great picture! And that's a great looking ride! Thumbs up!
👍

that thing rocks. I have 1 just like it.

i wish i had my old cars. had to join the air force and sell them. all i got now is a 95 toyota vista. not to cool. but it does do 180 km on the chou.

Heres my most recent car. Got hit by a pickup truck in Upstate NY, and had to part her out. :( Of all the touge I've done, it had to be a careless driver that hit ME, and not smacking a guardrail/diving over a cliff, etc...

Had a J-spec swap... tons of mods... 350+whp @ 11psi, completely gutted out (4 people could basically pick it up off the ground), ungodly handling, overpowered all the local muscle cars as well as all the tuners. I smacked several WRX/STi's, Mustangs, Camaros, Corvettes, Firebirds, etc. I miss this car about as much as I would miss my dick if someone cut it off... seriously, the day of my accident was the lowest point in my life.

I am a J-car fanatic. "JDM" is, in my opinion, the only way to go when styling a car. I used only authentic Japanese parts with my buildup. There isn't really another way to go - if you have a Japanese car, you should use Japanese parts. If I had a Mustang, you better believe I'd only use American-made performance upgrades.

I forget your handles, but I expecially loved that retro Z in a previous post. GORGEOUS car. I have the utmost respect for the old-school (My FC was a 1987 with a 1991 motor/trans swap.) I also loved that JDM converted Integra and the two Sivlias (white and red.) I know where the guy with the red one is coming from wanting to upgrade to VIP style with all the "Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift" kids busting a nut in their pants at every 240 they see with rims on it. Thats why I used the wonderful RX-7 platform for my build, and the FC specifically because of the retro styling and rareness factor.

I can't wait to arrive in Japan. I'll be living in Tokyo for at least 2 years, so no car for me for a while. Once I'm done school and I move out to the 'burbs, though, I want a whole stable of cars: A REAL JDM FC, a Panda Trueno, an S15, a 2002 RX-7 Spirit R (sexiest production car of ALL TIME), and perhaps someday, an NSX-T!!!!!

OK, sorry guys, It said my post count wasn't high enough to add pics or something... :(

What do I do, aside from running around and posting as many replies as I can, then coming back? haha :P

Just to awaken this sleeping thread...
I'm surprised I haven't seen any of these on here, considering it's one of the more popular Japanese cars, at least in the U.S.

It's my 1994 Miata M Edition, Montego Blue w/ tan leather. Modified with Flyin' Miata racing springs, Butterfly Chassis Brace, Jackson Racing sway bars, 8-way adjustable KYB shocks, Koenig Helium wheels (that weigh only 10.8 pounds each, I have two sets), roll bar, SpecMiata racing seat and 5-point harness. I use the car for SCCA Solo 2 events and track days with the local Porsche, Ferrari and Miata clubs. And since it's still street legal, I drive it to work when I'm not driving my other car:

But after getting spoiled by the torque of the Jag's 4-liter inline six, my high-winding Miata feels slow. So I'm trying to decide whether to turbocharge it, supercharge it, or make the switch to an LS1 V8 Corvette engine. Oh yeah, and bigger brakes, naturally!
