hehe, all that explanation for the same question Horizon... maybe it means that Goths think they were promised stuff by society, say, acceptance and maybe even friends, but didnt get that. so they're going all barbaric on us and practising witch craft (is that one word or two?) and listening to painful and suicidal music. if nobody else understands what i've just said its fine, i have a strange imagination.

There are people who practice witchcraft (one word if I'm not mistaken) that aren't even close to being goth...'Tis called "wiccan". 'Tis a religion.

And society doesn't promise anyone anything, unless you're rich, are "hot", and are willing to not have originality, a personality, et cetera.

And, uhhhh...What do you mean with the first line?

i'd rather them be like that than have a murderous crew of blood sucking suicide fans out to destroy my oh so enjoyable taste in music... i'm beginning to get used to the moping. they're starting to accept defeat and keep in the shadows. and dont get me wrong, i have no problem with the way they dress or what they listen to (i happen to like and own a few of Korn's albums) its just their attitudes towards people. they see us as judging them all the time and assume we hate them. if they smiled once in a while the world would be a better place for them

Korn isn't goth music...Neither are other people/bands out there like Marilyn Manson.

And those kind of people aren't real goths. Besides from a ancient people, a "real" "goth" is kind of also a person who listens to "gothic" or "goth" music and a lot of them don't even wear black even close to all the time, let alone are depressed.

It's really f**king annoying, and I want to punch those peoples faces in. But I'm too much of a wuzz.
Anyway, the thing about stereotypes is you should not assume things about people you don't know. At least I think so.
Even if someone wears spikes and dresses only in black, doesn't mean they're melodramatid teeny attention w*ores.
Once a guy shouted nazi at me. That was the top of the ice-berg, I couldn't just stay quiet and let that pass.
I was wearing army boots and this huge Bad Religion-sweater. That makes me look like a nazi??

I know I'm often too quick to assume things about people, but I'm working on it. I really am.

Anyway, thanks for the pictures and all! I finished the gift, and she was very happy when she got it.
(I was releaved, cos I was so afraid she wouldn't like it!)

haha Marylin Manson is so full of bs. Korn is nothing realated goth... also the "goths" i've seen are not elegant whatsoever. they drink each others blood even tho they know that they are NOT vampires. geez they should accept that fact...

im also interested in knowing what real gothic music is... music about gothic buildings? ahahaha...

Ummm...I don't listen to gothic music... But Korn and them are, like, hard rock, definately not gothic. Gothic music apparently has really nice, beautiful lyrics from what I've heard. Not "controversial" (I put that in brackets because Marilyn Manson is anything BUT that xD).

There are people who aren't (goth) that drink blood too...Hell, I've drunk blood. Oh! And I'm deathly pale! Am I vampyre? Mwahaha! -bares fangs- xD

My brother said he stuck my cheap-***, halloween black lipstick up his *** and I went to examine it and it...Was covered in hair...o.0 So, naturally and understandably, I threw it the hell out!

My pappy just bought me some more recently. I'm very, very, extremely happy about that.

I use to have this BlackCherry lipstick before but it was hell to get off and I didn't like that. My lips would be stained for a few days from it. Argh! It was all sticky too.
