Hi everyone, I need some help in my current situation, I currently am trying to get the Specialized Training College MEXT scholarship from the embassy of Japan in my country, I have 21 years but the application says the applicant must be born after the 2nd of April of 1992 and I was born 2/3 weeks before, the 11th of march. Has anyone had a similar case and was still able to get an exception for the schoolarship? I'm thinking on talking with the ambassador of Japan in Costa Rica so he can take my case in account and let me take a chance, any tips would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
