Yes...I did lodge a complaint as well. Seems have to get a police report to help recind the transaction. How did you get to contact the receiving bank? I assume it's the same receiving bank I sent it to.

I mean you sent the complaint to.

Did you ever receive your money back? If it's Sampath bank I emailed their customer service email and got a response pretty quick

Only made complaint just over a week ago. I was to get my vehicle couple weeks ago. Bank is Hatton National Bank. They are to make contact with them on my behalf.

Another bank in Sri Lanka, looks like they are using multiple banks. Good luck, I hope they can help. Please get on touch if you hear of anyone else being scammed by the company. I have heard from another person via a different website that it happened to them to
