Dear Mr. Thomas (Admin),
We recently discovered a complaint about our company posted on your website by one of our customers. We are disappointed to see that, based on a one-sided story, we have been labeled as scammers.
This raises concerns about impartiality, as it appears you may be supporting one side without fully understanding the other. As a reputable company and a member of your website since February 12, 2024, we find it unfair to be categorized as scammers without hearing our side of the story. We registered on your website to address customer payment issues transparently. However, we would not have felt the need to register if it were not for this necessity.
As I previously mentioned, we are not scammers. We are a well-reputed, licensed vehicle exporter registered with the Japanese government. As an export company, we sell over 100 vehicles per month. We disagree with your decision to label us as scammers without giving us a single day to respond. I strongly urge you to reconsider and remove that label.
To address the complaint:We received a payment from Mr. Anatoli on February 28, 2024. Due to issues with the vehicle, the client requested a refund on May 8, 2024, through our refund request form. Per our refund policy, we informed the client that we would refund his payment within 21 working days. Our records show that we initiated the refund process on May 20, 2024, at 11:53:29. On May 24, 2024, at 10:31:20, our bank informed us that they had accepted the payment and started the process to transfer the funds to the customer's bank account. The bank then sent us a remittance slip dated May 29, 2024, at 12:33:25, indicating that the payment had been remitted and would be received in the customer's account (Attachment 01).
We informed the client that his payment had been refunded according to the yen rate. Unfortunately, on June 3, 2024, at 8:50 AM, our bank notified us via email that the refunded payment had been returned to our account due to some account information errors (Attachment 02). We were also confused and tried to double-check with the customer about the bank details, but he did not cooperate and insisted on a refund.
Mr. Thomas, we hope this evidence clarifies our position and prevents any further harm to our reputation through your website. We would also like to inform you that we do not recognize the name
@nmnewman. We received the payment under a different name, which has raised concerns about the credibility of this account. As a well-established company, we are here to address all your requirements transparently. The client's actions have emotionally distressed our CEO and staff, and we prefer not to dwell on this, as most of our clients know us for our good service.
If you or any client has doubts, please visit us at the address listed on our website. We believe no one has the right to spread misinformation without proper investigation.
