Well, I guess............
you could start by reading the posts that interest you. If you want to write something, you click on the box at the left called "Post Reply" and type away.
When you get more used to things you can start your own threads. Be sure to check out at the top, the sections under GALLERY has a lot of great pictures. If you want a pen pal, there is a section at the top called CLASSIFIEDS. Lets say you want to start a new post under "Anime & Manga".
You click on the box on the left "New Thread" and go to town. Let's say you want to send a message to another member. Click on their name and go to their profile. You will see a box that says "contact info" click on that and then click on "Send a private message to...." . OR, if you don't mind a message that anyone can see, type in the message box in the middle of their profile.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Have a look around and play with the settings, that is how I managed to begin with. Just remember when it says are you sure type select "No". I have a feeling that admin put a code in that when you select "No" Morning Musume sacrifice their oldest member to Izanagi and selct a new member
