'not so bad', 'better than the alternative', 'the lesser of two evils', something like that,What is まだまし in でも。。。男たちが王ならまだまし
I can't absolutely rule out a conjugation of いたむ without the larger context, but most likely it's いる(past)+の(explanatory)+だ(copula)+けど(conjunction) -> いた ん だ けどいたんだけど in 最初は遠慮してちょっと離れたところにいたんだけど
いたんだ けど or いたん だけど
I can't be sure without context, but it looks like telling someone off for not making it to the toilet in time despite being a big boy/girl.What does この歳でおまるよ mean?
1)so it means, "it's better if boys is king" ?'not so bad', 'better than the alternative', 'the lesser of two evils', something like that,

Probably something like that.1)so it means, "it's better if boys is king" ?

The second is what I think and what I meant by my breakdown. But without context I can't be certain. (I'm pretty sure that いたむ・to be hurting/feel pain wouldn't be used in this conjugation in this sentence; it's technically allowed by the grammar, but I think it wouldn't be sensible.)2)what is ちょっと離れたところにいたんだけど mean?
mourning in a bit distant place (いたんだ)/ exist in place a bit distant (いた)/ ?
。
この歳 means 'at this age'. 歳 is not just a counter, but a word for 'years of age'. It can also be read とし, and probably is in this context. I'm not really familiar with the word おまる though, and I'm confused about the context, so I really don't feel I can translate the sentence without more information. It may be obvious for a native speaker or a more advanced leaner, though.3)yes the context is about some girls that are locked up and cant go to toilet トイレは。。。この歳でおまるよ
can you break it down? 歳 is counter for age, so how it can change to not make in time for toilet
ガソリンで顔洗って、出直して来い!!
Is he threatening to wash the crook's face with gasoline and have him take another look at the signature?
Following that, once the salesman expresses disbelief/panic, the man says:
ボヤボヤしてると、俺のスパナが火を噴くぞ、この野郎!
Just what is he threatening to do with his spanner because I found out that ボヤボヤ means something akin to "absent-minded, careless, etc" but how does 火を噴くぞ fit into things?
I think it's more like "come back here after you've done some real work (with cars, mechanics, etc.)."
I think it's just a metaphorical threat about what his wrench is going to do. 擬人化, I believe, is what they call it.
ボヤボヤしてると means "if you don't get out soon" here, and he basically said he will smash the salesman with his wrench by 火を噴くぞ. This expression is originally from gun. It's used as, for instance, 俺の拳が火を噴くぞ (= 殴るぞ).ボヤボヤしてると、俺のスパナが火を噴くぞ、この野郎!

Ok so what does と帰還する mean in this context, and how is it broken up? (i.e. to kikan suru)

顔洗って出直して来い! is an idiom, using in a context something like "I can't accept it. Get out!/Try again!". ガソリンで is a variation of it, since the speaker is a mechanic. (Thus, he does not actually request to do so.)

When いたんだ is a conjugation of 悼む, 痛む or 傷む, the particle should be で instead of に, since all these verbs are not "existance".2)what does ちょっと離れたところにいたんだけど mean?
mourning in a bit distant place (いたんだ)/ exist in place a bit distant (いた)/ ?
What kingdomwhat does どこの王国 means?
Oh! I see it now, 'difficult to do'. Yeah that fits in the context. Got confused by the change in the last two characters. Many thanks!Do you know what やりづらい means? It's the same basic meaning, but やりづれえ is rougher.
Very close, but 力 refers to strength/power the addresse has in this case, not power in general sense. Also, the function of the particle で is another point. 甘ったれた考え is not what the subject fights against.
my attempt:
You think your strength/power can only be used for battle? How can you fight with such childish ideas?(= You can't fight with such childish ideas!)
It's from the context and the demonstrative そんな. The speaker is talking about the power the addressee has in the first sentence, and then, he says "your childish ideas" by そんな甘ったれた考え. で shows that the subject who fights is the same person as the one who has the ideas, thus, the subject of the second sentence is the addressee "you".
The below cases seem to be most prominent with a Tokyo accent, because the pronunciation of the vowel is weaker or more devoiced than Kyoto -Osaka accents and others (I think.Yeah, those changes occur especially on i-adjectives or adjective-like conjugations such like ~たい. お前 and 手前 would be exceptions, I think, since other 前s never change to めえ. (なめえ might be used in some dialect for 名前.) As for てめえ, the meaning is different from 手前. てめえ only refers to "you", whereas 手前[てまえ] is a humble word for "I / me".
