Need a word or phrase translated?

Ohhhhhhhh I get the first sentence. Thanks!

So how about this:

また、テレビアニメの過剰な表現法も魅力の一つとなっ ている

魅力の一つとなっ ている= Becomes one of the charms ?

Whats more is, The excess of anime have expressions and this becomes one of the charms.

For the last sentence so ずに does not need to mean without? I learned ず can mean to explain a situation too I believe. Can I think of this always as the infinitive form like 見ます, and then make the sentence negative? Like pretty much what you just did.

"Has become", I would say. I.e., "is".

It's 過剰の表現法, not アニメの過剰.

I think it's fine to think of it as "without ending at being..." It may not be the best English, but it should make sense, right?

Ok thank you. This article from my "Minna no nihongo" book has been confusing me for the whole day, I spent 3 hours trying to decipher it.

looks like im gonna double post my bad.

what does 貼る mean when reffering too 画像, I learned this verb in my textbook, but it was in the context of sticking to something or pasting. but I saw it somewhere
もっと something 画像貼れよ! I cant remember one of the words as I can't find the actual text anymore

It can mean to post or paste something online. "Paste" is 貼り付ける according to my browser (when it's not ペースト). For example, リンクを貼る means to post a link.

Cool that makes sense!

Heres another sentence, my take is "Although Dad and mother have been silent, to think you have the tenacity to come here"
but what is 言って here for then?
父さんと母さんは黙ってたけど、よくのこのこ来れるもんだって言ってたよみんな

You're really close. Here, I'll change the order for you: みんなはよくのこのこ来れるもんだって言ってたよ。

Saw this on a youtube video and it has ALOT of dislikes
日本語話せるような振りしないでください。 meaning of 振る here?
情けないです。 = Your pitiful.

I think it should be read like this.

日本語話せるような振りしないでください。(を might also work, but I think this case calls for で)
情けないです。 (It's pitiful)

Meaning of ぶり in Japanese (ぶり)

It's ふり. It means a pretense. So 振りをする means to pretend or act like. I think that should get you where you want to be.

情けないです is right. Of course, it depends on the subject, so "you're pathetic" or "he's pathetic" are possible, depending on context.

It should be を, not で. ;-) (When する is used as a pro-verb, で can work, though.) 振[ふ]り(を)する means "to pretend". It's insulting words...

EDIT:
Ooops, Glenn-san beats me!

Ohh, I wasn't aware that 振りをする was a set phrase. And I was drawing the line for the definition of "instrument" as "a means of" so that で could be used. But now that I pay attention to the sentence, the phrase wasn't a "means" but the "act of doing".

So I encountered this weirdly worded sentence(at least to me it seems that way), in a mugging scenario.
さあ、どうした。口が利けないってのなら、おれが無理矢理開かせたっていいんだぜ。

Would the last part mean "I take it it'll be ok to forcibly strip you(of your belongings?)

無理矢理口を開かせたっていいんだぜ makes more sense? (口を開く is a set phrae, too.)
~たっていいんだぜ is used as threat, something like "It's OK for me to force you to do it(= if you don't want to be forced to do it, do it voluntarily)".

Long time no see Japan forums, I haven't been here in a long time, but I'm thinking of trying to get back into my Japanese language studies, but in order to get myself back in the groove of things and to get used to these forums again I'm gonna list phrases that I would like translated that I can't find in my dictionaries.

1.花と散る

2.枕営業

3.逆ナン

This is what it looks like to me.

1. scattering of flowers
2. pillow sales
3. when women pick up men

Hello here are two phrases

って前もこのやりとりどっかでやったよーな。どこだっけ

this is confusing
やりとり = "give and take" according to the internet
どこだっけ = where, is this correct?
im confused about the やった part in the end too, what is やる doing.

嫌な予感しかしねえよ! I've always had problems understand しか,I know しねえ is しない
so does しかしない = only?
"I only have a bad feeling about this!"

Here's my take on it.

やりとり is correct. It's an exchange basically.
どこだっけ = where was it again? (I can't really remember)
やった refers to the whole of the transaction occurring. Think of it as a broader term for する in this case.

I think しかしない is closer to "no doubt about it" in meaning.

hmm so would the first one be like
"We had this exchange before didn't we. where was it?"

Can you translate the whole 嫌な予感しかしねえよ, please.

ありがとうございます.

1. And, the exchange we carried out somewhere before. Where was it again? (This is better as a single sentence in english, unless you reword it)
2. This is definitely a bad predicament(no doubt about it).

On another note, can someone confirm for me what うちの娘に持って帰ってやりてえぜ means?
I translated it as "I want to bring you home to my daughter." Is this correct?

How could you reword it to "I want to bring you home as my daughter?
Would it be うちの娘にさせように持って帰ってやりてえぜ?

1.花と散る
This is a bit classical usage of と. It's equivalent to 花のように散る in modern Japanese. This 花 usually refers to cherry blossoms, thus, it means "to scatter like (petals of) cherry blossoms". This phrase is sometimes used as a metaphor of "to die gracefully".

2.枕営業
It's a slang.

makuraeigyou( Pillow sales / 枕営業) / JSD (Japanese Slang Dictionary)

Thanks! Now it makes sense. So the whole translation of the sentence would be "If you can't open your mouth, then you better try or else I'll make you," right?
口を開く means "to speak".

Wait! We seem(= よー/よう) to have this (verbal) exchange before. Where was it?

嫌な予感しかしねえよ! I've always had problems understand しか,I know しねえ is しない
so does しかしない = only?
"I only have a bad feeling about this!"
That's right.

On another note, can someone confirm for me what うちの娘に持って帰ってやりてえぜ means?
I translated it as "I want to bring you home to my daughter." Is this correct?
持って帰る (at least usually) doesn't apply to people. The object is "things".

I want to bring it home to my daughter.

How could you reword it to "I want to bring you home as my daughter?
Would it be うちの娘にさせように持って帰ってやりてえぜ?
I would say お前を俺の娘にしてうちに連れて帰ってやりてえぜ.

その通り。

---------------------------------------------------------------

"Wait! We seem(= よー/よう) to have this (verbal) exchange before. Where was it?"

do you mean the seem is from the
って前もこのやりとりどっかでやったよーな。どこだっけ part?
So that is ような? So an exchange "like this" if we we're to translate literally?
