Ohhhhhhhh I get the first sentence. Thanks!
So how about this:
また、テレビアニメの過剰な表現法も魅力の一つとなっ ている
魅力の一つとなっ ている= Becomes one of the charms ?
Whats more is, The excess of anime have expressions and this becomes one of the charms.
For the last sentence so ずに does not need to mean without? I learned ず can mean to explain a situation too I believe. Can I think of this always as the infinitive form like 見ます, and then make the sentence negative? Like pretty much what you just did.
