I would use a simple
お元気ですか。(ogenki desu ka)

It depends on how familiar you are with her, but I'll stick with polite form to be safe.

うまくやる, I believe, is "to be successful (in handling something)", quite literally "skillfully do (something)". うまくいく means "to go well". Depending on how close you are you may be able to say
物事がうまくいっているの？
元気にやっているの？

But those are pretty casual expressions so for now I would just stick with お元気ですか。

幸せ - Happy, pleasant, blissful
悩み - Trouble, worry, problem
