I'm not too sure about what the following means:

アキラの索敵ってステキ

I originally went with "Akira's Love for Scouting/Searching the Enemy" but the "suteki" bit is irritating me, seeing that it's lacking the -na.

The sentence says アキラの索敵 is nice/wonderful.
Akira's (way of) searching the enemy is nice. = I love Akira's (way of) serching the enemy.

That's not 何で閉めたら but 何を閉めたら. The person A asked what he/she should close, not the device/means to close.

〆鯖 is just the abbreviation of しめ鯖. It can't be said that 〆る is the proper way of writing it.
