I'm in the middle of translating a song, and I found this word:
迷わず
I understand that 迷う is to lose one's way or to be confused, and 迷わない is the negative form. So what does the -ず at the end do? Is it a more casual way to write the negative form?

迷わず means the same as 迷わないで, it's more formal way to say it.
迷う generally means being unable to tell/choose what/which, so it can be used for losing one's way, being unable to decide, for instance.
迷わず can be translated "without question/hesitation" or "without getting lost" - it depends on the context.

たれ流す is a one word, meaning "to discharge".

の can be replaced by が, though.

Poisonous gas discharged by people

Right. あきもせず means あきないで. This あき is the -masu stem of 飽きる, and can be considered a nounal usage(so あきるもせず is wrong;-)).

Need help in translation

Hello,
I am working on a t-shirt design and would like some help to get the correct Japanese letters for the phrase I want.
First I should say that this t-shirt has a spiritual meaning for me, and it is important to get the wording correct.
6 years ago I had the worst family and business crisis that I could have ever imagined. But after a struggle for both, my family is better than ever, and my business is doing great.
Throughout the rebuilding effort, I learned not to fear, to overcome obstacles, and move forward without stopping.
This shirt is a tribute to anyone that has had to go through a bad time in their life, slaying their demons.
I do not have enough posts to place a URL in this post, but the sketch for the t-shirt can be found on photobucket, then search the user "GreatAsp", the first photo will be the artwork in progress.
The name of the t-shirt will be:
DESTROY YOUR DEMONS!!!
(and this is the phrase I need translated)
I would like to split the words or characters up so that some of the letters in Japanese are above the Samurai , and some are below (see the red areas I show). But I am afraid that the meaning may be lost if I split the characters into two groups.
I am hoping the people in this forum can help me, to get the wording right.

The meaning isn't changed if split at suitable point like below.

1. What does 少ながらず mean?? From the context, I'm guessing it means 多少, but I'm not sure...

2. What does らしからぬ mean?

It completely depends on the context. Both are possible.

さる is not a verb but considered a 連体詞(attributive/adnominal adjective or unconjugated adjective).
