The subject of 亡くなって is the opponent (or the original person of the "thought"). Probably 何十世代 refers to the materialization of the thought. (The more repeatedly the materialization is done, the more it is abstracted.)

The context is: Two groups are fighting. The player's group interfere which make both of them angry. The captain of one group says: It is rare that we met an agreement. Then the speaker says this:
まあ, これについてはね
What is that?
The line after is (probably unnecessary): Then first we take care of these guys and leave our business later.
My guess: Well, about only this huh? (?)

^ three groups. And speaker belong to one of the groups that fight against each other (player's group are different with speaker's group).
 
Ah, I confused the player and the speaker.
これ refers to the player's group. He means they (he and the opponent) reach an agreement of how to treat the player's group.

also, could you find another kanji, because the first kanji means cheap, and I don't want to give my friend a kanji name that means "cheap"
 
Of course not.
for instance - definition of for instance in English | Oxford Dictionaries

I chose those kanji just from their pronunciations, i.e., as a phonogram. "Cheap" is just one of the meanings of the kanji, by the way. "Calm/Peaceful" is the first one I think of from it. If you want to give meanings to the kanji name, you can choose the one you prefer from the countless combinations (at least over 4500) of kanji by using your dictionary, just like you did with 安.
