Could someone say if I translated these sentences correctly?
1. I speak Japanese every day.
Watashi wa mainichi nihongo o hanashimasu.
2. I will not watch tv tonight.
Watashi wa konban terebi o mimasen
3. Mary does not come to school on Saturdays.
Meari-san wa doyoubi ni gakkou e kimasen
If i made a mistake, would you also please explain it. I'm having a hard time with chapter 3 of genki.

どようびにがっこうにきません is not wrong, but どようびは or どようびには is more common in negative sentences since it's usually used in a context "the subject does it on other days, but doesn't do on the day" (e.g. Mary comes to school on week days, but doesn't come on Saturday).
The rest is OK.

Just to confirm, but what will you do if (or more likely this is almost certain) they reply in Japanese? Are you going to communicate with them always via an interpreter?

In other words, you don't want to participate in the community. You just want to use the models that they create and share with people who participate in the community.
You know, if they wanted people who don't participate in their community to use their models they probably wouldn't limit access to the models.
I think it would be morally wrong to help you access their assets through deceitful means.

my request isn't for a translation per se but more about a joke that I'm not getting.
For context, these are three friends - two of which have just returned to the army life. Now, Character C is renowned for his bad jokes so, in their first deployment together, they have this little exchange:
A「行くぜ！ブランク長いからって遅れんなよ！」
C「こんばんは、フランク永…」
B「ストップ！こういう所で微妙なネタはご法度よ！！」
C「微妙なネタは５人の帽子…５ハット…」
A「ち…変わってねえなあ！お前らはよ！」
I understood almost everything (though I had to look up Frank Nagai), except the bolded ５ハット quip - Googling it hasn't helped and it's really bugging me!
Can anyone offer some insight here?

The readings of ご法度 and ５ハット are the same; ごはっと.
Sure but I thought there was something else going on besides that since it's supposed to be 微妙なネタ.
Ah, well, maybe I'm overthinking this.

They are stupid, tiresome, forced, drag-them-in-by-the-heels lousy puns. It is amazing anyone speaks to that character at all.

Considering it's an archer we're dealing with, I'm all but certain that's 死の矢 which would literally be "Arrow of Death".
So, yeah, it's actual Japanese.
