I'm a bit of confused about the part in bold. If I'm understanding correctly the author wanted to say that the face was "covered(stained?) in sake", but the usage of 染まった like this doesn't seem familiar to me. Though as far as I know it is fine to say 「血に染まった顔」, so maybe this one is fine too.

Hello! I have this friend who recently said this: "サーヴァンプの梶くん声低すぎすき"
Servamp is the name of an anime, and Kaji is one of the voice actors!
I'm just wondering if she's saying she likes his voice? Or does "すき" have some other meaning since it IS written in Hiragana, and not he Kanji "好き"

Yes, I copied and pasting it straight over. She posted it to her twitter, so perhaps there are typos--despite that, do you know anything she could have been trying to say?

She might be just saying his voice is too low (声低すぎ), or it might be she likes his low voice (声低すぎて好き/低すぎで好き). Both are possible, but すぎる usually has a negative nuance, so it's hardly a reason why she likes it.
