The writing going from right to left on the bottom and the use of へ instead of え on the left are typical of usage prior to the orthographic reforms which took place right after the war, so I would guess pre-1945. But there is no way to be absolutely certain.

The right column of the flag could be 松嶋[Matsushima], a person's name or place name.

Isn't there a phrase/clause preceding it? That sentence doesn't make much sense.

No idea if this is the most natural way to say it, but here's my guess - トラブルに巻き込まれたくない or 厄介事に巻き込まれたくない.

I'm not sure how to translate どんと構える the following sentence, and is 桔梗 talking about herself or about 真 by it? Makoto is telling her to stop calling him 真様, just 真.
桔梗「そういうわけには……。主に無礼があってはいけませんので」
真「主は爺ちゃんでしょ。俺はいいよ、そういうの」
桔梗「よくありません。先代より真様にお仕えするよう言いつけられております。どんと構えるのも、お役目のうちでございますよ」
Updated: After thinking throughly about it I'd say that 桔梗 is talking about 真. While I can say a direct translation, but I think that どんと has the meaning 「威勢のよいさま。力強いさま。」. So I think she telling him to be more like 主.

I need some translation help if someone has time.
Context: the speaker is in a virtual world/cyberspace and is describing it.
I'm interested in the 「魔術により、幾億テラバイトの情報に与えられた虚飾の光景」part. I understand this part - lit. "by (means of) the magic of virtual reality, the showy view was...", but not sure about 幾億テラバイトの情報に与えられた, "was given to the information/data (by 魔術"? : S

Your interpretation of に is correct, but the subject of the sentence is この光景, not 虚飾の光景.
この光景は虚飾の光景にすぎない。

Hello there, a few lines from a manga I'm reading right now:
Problem here is I can't find the meaning of ビッとしる and チャラくない.
Two people are riding a motorcycle and the last line before these two is 「もてあましてるフラストレーショーン」, but aside from that there isn't much more context.
I have absolutely no idea what 「ゆーがったいーじーでぇー」 is supposed to be, and because of that I'm not sure what they mean 「嘘を呑み込み~」 either.
Another line on the next page is 「静に眠ってるまっどして~」, and again I can't find what まっどして is.
The guy in white tends to end his sentences with ぺ and べ, so I guess he's speaking some kind of dialect?

ビッとしてる would be ピシッとしてる, シャンとしてる or something like that.
I'm not sure about the meaning of なんて言っちゃって in the following dialogue. Does it mean something like 'just kidding~' or maybe it just a quote(maybe fortune-teller's)? Though the second part, 「お財布にお金がないのに、見るだけ」, seems somewhat strange if it is a quote.
小鳥「ふ～ん♪ そりゃそうですよ。今日の恋愛運ってマキシマムなんですよ、わたしって。 今日こそ、素敵な恋が芽生えるんですから！」
これは朝のニュース番組のラストで流れる占いのことだ。女の子の嗜み…らしい。
小鳥「恋の運勢が５で、金運が２だから、今日はお買い物はパスするんです！」

That's not what she really said. She imagines what she might say if she goes shopping today. (The entire line でもダメだと思うと、余計気になってたものが気になって、お財布にお金がないのに、見るだけ、なんて言っちゃって is what she imagines.)

Just 見るだけ is the quotation of what (she thinks) she might say, as nekoiata-san wrote.

the two guys on this page are sparring, not much context aside from that. He says 「まずはギアをトップまで上げさせてもらうで」, is it possible he's talking about the other guy's defence in relation to his "gear", as in his boxing gloves?
I would translate it as "I'm gonna have you raise your gear/defence first", but it sounds a bit strange I feel.

I get the impression you may have overlooked the difference between 上げさせてもらう and 上げてもらう, as your proposed translation would be for the latter. Major difference between the two; don't overlook the presence of the 〜させる suffix.
Either that or you missed the もらう bit.
