Need a bit of help in a sentence..

Wow, that's really a sentence I cant comprehend.

I don't understand the kakaru hou, kakeru hou and the men mo aru.

Can someone pls enlightened me on this?? I hope i don't sound too troublesome.. But I really need help in this sentence and I don't know who else to ask. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

kakaru hou is the person who is called; kakeru hou is the person doing the calling. Men mo aru is referring to the idea of "there being (such and such) an aspect"

Yes, by the way, actually before I even post this enquiry here, I did an online search, but couldnt find anything thats useful. So are there any books which I can refer to for this kind of phrases? I really feel bad for troubling you guys here.
