You'll get different answers from different people. My favorites fast songs are: "Koko ni iruzee" and "Renai Revolution 21". For slower songs, try "I Wish" "Do It Now" or "Morning Coffee" (an oldie but goodie). Better yet, just buy a "best of" album and you can get most of the singles on one disc.

Ok genius, name one Japanese pop group that had the same formula as Onyanko Club before them. I'm talking about Morning Musume and Onyanko Club here, not "every group, singer, etc." It's been a month since I asked the question and still nobody has named anything "new and creative" that MM has done. The fact remains that Morning Musume copied the Onyanko Club formula and you come-latelys are too ignorant to know the difference. Yeah, I can call you a come-lately because I've been listening to Japanese Pop for over 20 years, probably longer than you've been alive. And SEEN more live Japanese pop concerts than you have (in Japan, not Puffy live in the US).
Yes, I've actually heard self-proclaimed Morning Musume fans describing in graphic detail what they would do sexually to the younger MM members. These are people with homemade MM shirts, carrying MM CDs and won't shut-up about them. They may not have pedophilic experience but certainly have the thoughts. I never said anything about them being actual pedophiles. READ and UNDERSTAND my posts dammit!
There are Ayu and Hikki fans that would argue with you that their idols are the best that JPop has to offer and not MM. As I said before (but can't get into your thick head) is that people can like whatever they want. There, I said it for the THIRD TIME!
And this is a public forum, we're here to discuss and yes - ARGUE! Your debating skills have a long way to go and your statements would have more credibility if your grammar and spelling skills were at least decent. This is a discussion forum, not text messaging.

its so cute too!! ^^I'm not going to agree or argue with you about the MM/Onyanko similarities, primarily because I've never heard of Onyanko before seeing them referred to in your posts (call me a "come-lately" if you will). Even if what you are saying is right, I would answer it with a big "SO WHAT?"
Copies aren't bad just because they're copies.
Look at The Monkees. They were designed to be American copies of The Beatles. That doesn't mean there's nothing to like about The Monkees. They had some good songs and personalities and developed their own fan base. It's not fair to call their fans "ignorant" just because they liked a group that was modeled after The Beatles.
If you only like music that's "new and creative," I guess you're not a Hikki or an Ayu fan either, since you can hear music just like theirs on any American radio station. Most people, though, don't decide how much they like something on how "new and creative" it is. They just go by what sounds (and, in the video age, looks) good.

It's not that we don't know the difference. We just don't know the Onyanko Club. One thing is that MM is lasting longer than OC did, and it is still here now. MM graduates such as Natsumi Abe, who's been with MM for the last six years, touched the hearts of many, even to fans less than for half a year. You can like your old and past things, like Elvis or whatever, when you weren't that old (that's for calling us ignorant), and we'll like ours, while it's here, original or not. Then later when we're old, we can bother the next third generation about how great our old artists were while they don't give a rat about what we say.
Oh yeah, and MM rules. Maki rules!

Hmmm... more ignorance. The fans were ignorant because the Monkees did not play their own instruments! They were syncing to recordings made by studio musicians. The Beatles, on the other hand played their own instruments and wrote their own songs. Although, to give credit where it's due, Michael Nesmith did write Linda Ronstadt's (you've heard of her, right?) first single "Different Drum."
Now, where did you get the impression that I only liked music that was "new and creative"? Did I say that? Your lack of comprehension amazes me. You're right about one thing though, I'm not a fan of Ayu or Hikki. Their voices annoy me.

Onyanko Club are Japanese icons, like Seiko and Akina. Morning Musume's 15 minutes are just about over. Then they'll be forgotten just like Max (remember them?).

And you're personally attacking us by calling us ignorant for like the 20th time, calling me a kid, etc. And you're provoking and insulting us with lines like "The bootleggers will LOVE you!," "Now stop embarassing yourself. Quit while you're behind." That's not even a clean argument and not worth participating in either. I don't take what you're saying half as serious as you probably do or what me to.

Wow, now you probably feel much better about yourself trying to put me down in turn, right ("ethugging" me back?)? Did I every in any way try ever to present myself as wanting to be Japanese? You also assume too much.
I replied to the posts towards me point for point and pointed out what people misunderstood about my posts. It's not my fault that some people here can't seem to understand simple English.
And by the way, you should never refer to yourself in the honoriffic "san" - it's considered rude and arrogant. It's something people learn in their first week of Japanese class. Ignorance again...

Ok I've calmed down. And you're actually right, some of what I've said was uncalled for. Apologies to you, Hayashi and Meiji. But I stick by my points (people, please read carefully before responding!). I guess it got way out of hand.
