I think they just sent it two days ago, on July 4th.
it will arrive next week i suppose.

So no negative answers till now, that's pretty good!

I think they are yet to open the application in August 2011.

They ll offer it on August or September i think.
In fact i read the announcement on October last year so, i prepared everything in a hurry

they re so unreliable, sometimes mail tht sud ve been delivered in 4 days comes after a week...but some other times, it comes after a month!
