Hello guys! I am Anas. I desperately want to apply to the upcoming 2018-19 MEXT undergraduate scholarship,however, the Japanese embassy in Libya has been closed since 2014 up to now,and I have contacted the Japanese embassy in Egypt, but they told that they do not have any information regarding Libyan applicants until may be next April, and I don't want just to be anxious about whether or not I will even have a chance to apply to this amazing scholarship, so please if any of you guys know any method for me to apply to this scholarship in my current situation please please help me,I will be truly grateful!
