Hi all!
Okay, so I've searched the www for hours on end, trying to find information on scholarships and such on studying in Japan for one year. I want to become fluent in Japanese so I can attend a Japanese art university and actually be able to understand the lectures. I saw on the MEXT website info on Japanese language schools but its quite vague (as to whether they offer scholarships to go to a language school OR you are recommended to go to said school if you do not know JP). I've also stumbled upon Jasso but it's the same thing. I'm really confused. I'm probably just stupid though. >_>
