I've been accepted for the interview for the MEXT undergrad scholarship for the year 2014. However, i've been troubled about this one matter regarding the interview.
What language is the interview carried out in? Now, I know the most suitable is without a doubt japanese, but the only japanese i know is everyday stuff i learned from anime and a vague idea of how to read. So, the main question is, is the interview taken in english, or my first language? If it is my first language, i am placed at a disadvantage without a doubt, so i was wondering if english is okay.
