Omgackt...
He does like cultures...and my friend had traveled to Egypt and saw the Pyramids and the Sphinx..and she really liked them. If I like them, then he may also. We have a lot in common, but I'm not naming what we have in common. I don't want to sound obsessed when I'm not. (I know for a fact I'm not obsessed...)


If you think about it Sweetie, even in GLB, he's wearing pants in some pictures. I have some pictures to show that.

I think it's not bad to think that he looks good in the Illuminati outfit, but only if we don't dwell on that part of him. I mean, yes, I've always loved him and his outfits, but we need to think about the present and not the past. =] He's not still living 10-12 years ago, so why should we?
 
This is true. I agree with you jrockaddict. But the thing about it is, some of us only discovered Malice Mizer not to long ago so of course we want to talk about it. I mean, I just found out about MM this very year at the beginning of Januarary. It has just been recently that I have discovered Moi dix Mois. So I am a little behind.
 
Actually, I found out about Marisu Mizeru (I mean, really found out about them) last year. I had heard of them over the years (due to listening to Laruku since I was 11 (I'm 17 going on 18 now)), so I've heard about them.

We can talk about it, but not get so dwelled into it that it's like he doesn't have a present life. I just prefer present him to past him (mean, I know. I still love past him though, because it's still him).

I didn't mean to offend anyone with that, and if I did, I'm very, very sorry.

Yes, present Mana is awesome! He does so many things now. You think he would be tired. I am glad he is not and still having fun. *sigh* I wish I could be as productive as he is.

Damn, this was a while back.
I was testing my signature, to see if it was too big or if it was okay. I decided it was too big, and I probably would have gotten in trouble because of the picture.

actually, i like mdm mana more than mm mana. maybe because of [only]his music. yesss mdm is really him. what i admire the most is his will and power. and if i could i'd wear mmm clothes. in glb -his fashion is one of its best.
but... i like his pics from tetsuera more than those stylish in glb. and from early gacktera.
he's really a mystery for me...

I want to wear Moi-meme-Moite! It is so unfair how expensive it is! I would so wear his clothing everyday! That is the style I have been wanting to wear since I was in high school, but there are no clothes here in America that even come close! It sucks! He created the clothing line that I have been dreaming up for 7 years and I can't even afford it. Some greater power above hates me.

i'm not gothic for a longer time [i know mana isnt gothic...or is he?] but i'd like to have a few mmm clothes in my wardrobe [a special place] i hope one day i'll buy it.

You are not gothic? I am! I have been forever. Mana-sama's theory of mixing gothic with beauty is the same as mine. I wish I would have known about him when I was younger. We have the same ideas! I suppose this is why I respect him so much. We are so similar in the way we think.

I wish I could meet him and hold a conversation with him. I bet we would agree on so many things.
 
My friend and I are going to go to M-m-M the first day we touch down in Japan. (I make it sound kind of like a football game... -_-;. I love the clothing there, and my clothing line is going to have the same darkness and elegance as Mana-sama's clothing line, but probably not Lolita fashion. More Aristocratic, I believe. ^_^ I love Aristocratic fashion. It's very beautiful. I'm going to be broke before I get out of that store...-_-;; I'm definitely buying the same ring he always wears (the silver coffin ring with the M-m-M candlesticks).

Mana-sama is gothic...in a way. I believe he's more Gothic Aristocrat (^_^) than not. He has a very, extremely elegant style to his clothing and how he acts that he's more Gothic Aristocrat, than just gothic.

I've been gothic for a long time, but really knowing gothic means you don't wear just black. I wear many different colors, but I'm still gothic, because most of them are dark. I refuse to wear neon colors (-_- Unlike a certain DJ SiSeN I know!). I refuse to wear pastel colors. So most of my colors are dark, resulting in a gothic fashion ^_^.

Many people can agree on many things. But yes, to hold a conversation with him would be really something. His mind is so, so beautiful, is it not?

I want to say so~ many things right now, but due to certain cercumstances, I cannot, for I fear I'd be either A) slaughtered or B) hated...and I just don't want either of those... T_T I have so much on my mind and M-m-M brought them all up...and I can't say them...

I want to know what you wanted to say! Telling me to not ask just made it worse! So long as you don't say anything mean about me then I don't mind! JK. But then again I still want to know. I won't hate you! I can take critisizm pretty well. After all, my entire life has been people critisizing me. Why do you dress like that? Why do you wear your makeup that way? Always explaining my existence to people. So I'm good. I really really want to know what you wanted to say!

I wear more colors than black too. I like the color pink(it's what color my hair is ) so I wear that and other colors. Nothing to bright though. Perhaps I am not the traditional goth. I never completely fit in with the goth crowd but I certainly never fit in with anyone else either. Maybe I am just my own thing. Not like anyone else. I fit into no category completely but goth is the one I am most like. I don't know. Maybe I will never find anyone like myself, but I suppose that is not such a bad thing.

i think every goth is unique. i dont like people who are 'goth' and they dont know what it mean... i was goth and i didnt know i'm goth ~~...it was about feelings.
 
Yes! The feeling! That's it Crimson! It isn't about wearing black and listening to certain things or whatever. It is feelings, emotions that are goth! Thank you Crimson! I am so glad I am not the only one who feels that way! The goths in my school thought you had to wear black and listen to whatever music is goth to them and I didn't fit in with that. So perhaps I never was and as I said earlier, I just lean more towards it. I guess I really am my own thing. I am the category of sweetie. And I am NOT emo! I had a fleeting thought maybe I was and then I looked it up and I have nothing in common with emo except that maybe I like pink. I don't care what other people think. Pink is boss. Especially when paired with black. A little bit of pink on black is great the light and dark colors contrast so well.

i think that crimson suits black better than pink i should shut up since pink was kozi's fave color... well, in this color theme, i dont like blue. so i'm glad mana use white or purple or crimson with black.
 
I like blue. A darker blue, not light blue. Gross. Why don't you know me Crimson? I know me. Is emo black and pink? I just know they are all like the world is against me i'm depressed so i am going to cut myself and make out with everybody. Male or female. Because i am depressed. That's what i got out of emo. And they wear tight sweaters and stuff. I hate sweaters.
 
actually, what's the difference between goth and emo? except music and fashion. arent goth depressed too? and hmm.
here on my planet we have no definitions and we're pretty dumb.

mana looks great in blue. i like his dress from early gacktera. and his make-up from that time.

I love that picture! It was such a lovely outfit! There was another outfit that I liked of MM but I have to find it...oh nevermind. It was to much work.

Actually, my friend's emo and she doesn't like pink at all.
Hot pink used to be one of my favorite colors (Miyavi! Blame him.). Sui from Metis Gretel used to have his hair that color too. It was sooooo~ pretty! Now his hair is black and blonde... Sui's pretty no matter what! But my favorite from Metis Gretel is Setsuna.
Speaking of the name Setsuna, I want my son's name to be Setsuna... It's very pretty.

Mana-sama does look very good in blue and black. He wears those two colors a lot, and they are his top 2 favorite colors. Black is a very elegant and sophisticated color. I guess that's why I've been drawn to it since before I can remember. I've always loved black. Dark furniture, dark clothes, dark hair, dark everything! My "curtain" is black, and my furniture (dresser and bed) are painted black and white. My dad painted them for me for my 16th birthday. I'll have to probably sell them when I move...

Sweetie: If I tell you on here, there are many people who would slaughter me. Believe me. Also, it's a very touchy subject, and I feel you'll critisize me. People don't understand and I don't want to take the chance that you might not either. You may, but there's that huge chance that you wouldn't understand why or how. I can't tell you. I can't. I really wish I could, and I wish people would understand, but the only one who understands is my friend, and that's why she's trying to get Mana-sama's manager to allow me to meet him.

Oops! I hope your not mad at me for saying things about emo. Maybe you can explain exactly what it is then. I'm still confused. I hate not knowing things about something and then making wrong judgements. I try not to do it, but I think I just did with emo.

sui's hair was coool. but that is visual kei... and visual kei i.s.n.o.t. goth or emo [visual kei world is slapping me now...that i put it in one sentence with goth and emo] visual kei artists and goth artists dont like when the others mix them tohether.

AH, why didn´t I check this thread before haha, there are people here who like Moi Meme Moitie too jeej, first I didn´t know where to start a Gothic lolita wardrobe because I love the style but like the Btssb dresses are much too much lace and stuff for me so I started buying a Moi Meme Moitie dress which are just perfect ^^.

Too bad I don't have any usefull information to share ontopic haha, forgive me ^^.
And I tried to understand the previous post on being Gothic or something? But well, I cannot follow it.
Will not try to give an opinion on it cause I don't knwo enough about the western gothic life. Only I know that I don't like being called Gothic on the streets by people that don't have a clue there is a visual kei/decora/gothic lolita world out there... yeah even in Decora I'm called Gothic.
 
Sweetie: I'm really, really sorry, but I can't tell you...at all. My friend told me not to tell, and I don't want other people to really know. Let's just say it's a percentage (well, possibility, really) that has to do with Mana-sama. That's all I can say. This possibility I've only seen 2ce in my life and it means a lot to me, and I don't want to risk it.

I'm sorry, Crimson, but I called it! Actually, we both can have it, that is if my husband wants that name for our son. Which, he may, since the name has a very beautiful meaning.

I was just commenting on the color pink, and how it went to Sui's hair since his hair was pink. That's all I was saying. I changed subject...but not very much. It still had to do with pink...

Actually, I think emo is very indescribable. There's so many things in emo, that I can't keep up with them...

People who call other people gothic don't know s***. Otherwise, they would greet you nicely. -_-;; I hate people calling me gothic. I just spelled gothic the german way... -_-;;
 
being called gothic is better than being called..you know i was the only one goth in my previous town... and people there didnt know goths [or so] so i almost ended up like mana in bara no konrei [poor crimsonmasquerade dont u think?] [hmm...if kozi-the-future-wampire was there with me it wouldnt be soo baaad]
but this is J-ROCK thread so we should go back to the main topic..which is music. or mana at least...
 
That's true Crimson. Okay, my favorite picture is of Mana-sama wearing a suit. He looked awesome! I don't want to post it because I think it came from a madousho, but I'm not for sure.
