guyjean the only thing i know is he was residing before at saitama japan. and he already have a new wife now. ive tried to contact his new wife but unfortunately she blocked me in her fb. and deactivated her facebook .

Since I don't know any background story here, his SNS activity or about possibilities to reach other relatives to help you get in touch, I would say unless you come here and hire a private detective it will be close to impossible to track him down.

my father and mother are married but the problem is it was not registered there in japan.

Then your father is guilty of bigamy and could face up to two years in prison.

If you can prove your father was legally married to your mother and subsequently married another woman in Japan, I suppose you could file a complaint with the police. It would be a lot of trouble and I don't see what you would gain from it.

yes .. i had all the documents..mr. mike but i dont know where to start im currently residing in philippines while he is in japan
