Looking for my Japanese father

Hi guys. Not sure where to start but might as well ask for your help here. I recently found out about who my biological father is and I don't know where he is right now but hoping that he's alive and well. His name is Hisashi Konno. The address can be found in the photo I attached. His birthday according to my birth mom is 17 Sept 1957. I don't want anything from him nor acknowledge me as his son. I just want to meet him and get to know him. Hoping to meet my father at least once in my life. I'm already 32 years old. Thank you.
