Seeking Looking for Japanese artist from Sapporo

Hi, I hope you all have a good day.
I'm looking for a Japanese artist I met in Sapporo in 2019. I've bought a few of his paintings back then. I really love his art style and am planning to request his assistance in the future if I find him. If anyone knows him and can put us into contact I would really appreciate it.
He is in the attached photo on the right. Also in the attachment is the place I've met him at, I believe it is Tanukikoji Shopping Street.

Sadly, no. There was something resembling an autograph, but it looks different on both paintings I have.

The first letter on the second one looks like an "S" as the first one. Give it a day or two and maybe you will get lucky. Neither mark seems Japanese to me , but I know nothing about art.
