Looking for Firefighter Rie Matsuoka of TFD

I meet her in 2006 while I was participating in a short course sponsored by JICA. I tried to contact her though her e-mail etc. but to no avail. I would very much like to know if she is still working with TFD so we can exchange correspondences etc.
