Looking for a translator [Japanese > English]

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for someone who is able to write down (in romanji) a short part of a track



Tatanka - Tokyo (1:59 till 2:51), which is spoken in Japanese. I really like this track and each time I´m listening to it, I´m wondering what the woman is talking about... so it would be great if someone could write down the original Japanese part and a translated version.
