You're in for a treat! Here is a bibliography George R R Martin. I have read only Fevre Dream and started the A Song of Ice and Fire series - I'm on book 2 - but he's a great writer. I don't even like fantasy, but I can hardly put this book down. My husband is the fantasy buff - he loves the Wheel of Time books too, but he reckons Martin wipes the floor with Jordan. Enjoy! :-)

Ten things that confuse me about Korea...

1. Why they have pedestrian crossings when nobody stops for you... even if they have traffic signals.

2. Why fruit salad has mayonnaise on it... and stale peanuts.

3. Why the bread is always too sweet... even if its supposed to be savory.

4. Why everyone has the insatiable need to push push push... whether it be on the subway, bus, supermarket, elevator, escalator.... anywhere. They just dont like moving slightly to the side. Also their elbows are made of steel rods.

6. They dont have decent beer on tap.

7. 'Western style' food, is very very strange.
