According to a study conducted by the Tokyo Institute of Technology polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), a major component of liquid glue, dramatically increases the effects of cancer radiation therapy. Good news for Japan, where cancer has been the leading cause of death since 1981.

One of our acquaintances works at the manufacturer of this well-known product shown below. Their offices were flooded with inquisitive calls from media and customers once the report had been released.

If polyvinyl alcohol is the item that is used to increase the effectiveness of chemo, then why in the blazes are you saying its liquid glue? That's like saying Coca-cola falls from the sky since its 90 percent water.

I guess because "polyvinyl alcohol drastically increases the effects of cancer radiation therapy" makes for a boring headline.

Pure clickbait. 😝
