I read on batsu some rumors about their disbanding a while ago, but no of them seemed to be true. I mean there is noting official. Probably just mean people, who want them to disband and they are spreading those rumors around :sorry:

omg u freaked me out! i read the beginning of the thread and people kept asking if laruku were disbanding!!! then i looked at the date and realised it was a couple years ago! lol
i heard that they're just going to work on solo projects then eventually get back together! like what yokan said! and they better get back together! what will i do with out them? lol

Don't know about you but I'm smelling ANOTHER hiatus. All this year is booked for Hyde's Solo Tour meaning he will have no time for L'Arc~en~Ciel. So I see another hiatus coming. Which is a shame since Laruku was on such a good role last year, they were climbing back to the top but now it seems they may drift back down again. I hope not because I think they're good together (God, I sound like I'm talking about a couple that might be breaking up :eek2, they're all wonderful Solo--well, maybe not Ken but nevermind--but I think there is just something magical about when all their elements are brought together.
But like I said, Hyde + Solo Tour = possibly another hiatus.

I guess climbing to the top isn't L'Arc's priority anymore. I get the feeling that they're now just a band that's doing what they do for fun. They don't have the same intense competitive atmosphere anymore (the band members ARE getting old as much as I would love to deny it ). It doesn't really matter though right? Real L'Arc fans will continue to be fans even if it means waiting patiently.

As long as they don't break up, I'm fine with it. Their solo work is just as enjoyable. Now we can appreciate L'Arc individually doing what they personally want without having to compromise as a band.

I just love them as a band is all. I love HYDE and Tetsu69 (haven't listened to a lot of Acid Android so get off my case and as for S.O.A.P ...) don't get me wrong but like I said there just a certain magic L'Arc~en~Ciel has that's just missing from their Solo Projects.
And I honestly think the members may be on burn out. I mean they've been touring and making music non-stop since '04. They seem tired.

yea...their solo projects are doing well, but i just don't like them individually. Its like they need each other to be awesome! It is an interdependence.....

and they should be tired, after writing/composing/performing so many songs for over a year...that is alot

i know what u mean! they're good alone, but they're fantastic together!!! all their wierd little quirks make for one awsome thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
they deserve a break ... even if itd be awsome if they never stopped! lol, theyv worked really hard! as much as i dont want them to go on hiatus, theyv worked hard for it!

I know, but it does seem too soon for them to go MIA again. But as I said Hyde's Solo Tour doesn't leave room for just breathing nevermind working in a band.

yes, they have indeed worked very hard, and i really don't want them to stop...but if they really need a break i guess i could respect that, but it wouldonly be for a while, my crazy fangil-ness would start and i would get angry waiting for more new stuff!!! *maniacal laughter*

Unlike a lot of fans I don't mind the fact that he is married. It's not as though if he were single we'd have anymore of a chance with him, ne? So he may as well be married to a pretty girl rather then single and alone.

well, yes that is also my reasoning now, i believe the most contact i shall ver have with HYDE is to randomly meet him, and possibly glomp him, and get an autograph or ask for free stuff....
but i am glad that he has a happy family, and i am sure that he is a wonderful dad....
i just occassionally like to dream that there is that hope, it is just the thought that he actually is married, it just seems odd...

Now I will agree it does seem odd somehow. I'll watch clips of him sometimes and my brain just can't get around the thought, "he's married." Not because I want to be with him, or anything like that, but rather...I dunno, it's this vide I get that just doesn't scream, "MARRIED" I don't know why. (To Kyo_is_my_antidrug: Well, actually I do know why, it's what we discussed regarding that, remember?)

Well, it would be nice to think he's married in both emotion and reality. Unlike most fangirls the fact that he's married isn't what bothers me, what bothers me is...well, something else.
