Hello, I feel very new on this site and have only looked around a few places so far. I got an email saying my website had been added to the directory (not even sure how to get there from the main page), and thought I should join the forum.
I am not especially new to Japan and the language, although I learn slowly, and I am a bit limited in the conversations I can have in Japanese with the people I meet. I gave up my day job to help people experience the country and will probably move to Tokyo in 2016 under a self-sponsored visa, so that will be fun/difficult.
I do get to do a lot of travel, and know a lot of traps to avoid (so I contribute to Tripadvisor and Japan-guide forums quite a lot).
