Japanese -tashi suffix

What is this "tashi" at the end of this sentence? The only thing I've come across about it is that it expresses desire and is "an adjectival suffix" that can be added to a verb's ren'yōkei form to produce a meaning similar to -tai. Is that correct? Or is this site just spreading inaccurate info?

Oh and another thing, what does コショコショコショ… mean? It looks like some kind of Onomatopoeia, but I can't find anything about it…

Yes, your explanation regarding the classical auxiliary verb たし is accurate (e.g. 遊びに行きたし、金は無し.) However, たし in your example sentence is not an auxiliary verb but "持っていた + the particle し.";-)

Because (The subject) had much money.../(The subject) had much money and...

Oh and another thing, what does コショコショコショ… mean? It looks like some kind of Onomatopoeia, but I can't find anything about it…

That's an onomatopoeia used for confidential talks similarly ひそひそ, or could be the one for tickling like こちょこちょ depending on the context.

Ah, at first I thought that のわり was a word, and was annoyed that it didn't come up in the dictionary, but then I realized it was supposed to be 誰々の割りに, and that made a whole lot more sense. haha
