Japanese police and foreigners

I do not think very highly of the Japanese police.
1. I have been arrested everytime I've been in Kyoto for loitering in the station. 5 minutes is apparently too long for me to be standing there.]

2. A story I heard recently in Chiba, when neighbours phoned the police to complain that there were screams & thuds coming from one of the apartments. When the police came round a man answered the door covered in blood. The police then asked if they could come in (they apparently had a warrant) he said no, the place is a mess. They went away.
I believe it could be true.

I'd find you much more credible if you sounded even a little bit like you know what you're talking about.

Being talked to doesn't equal being arrested. And what on earth makes you think they had a warrant? (Do you even know what one is?)

You remind me of ignorant American reporters who say "Police issued a warrant today blah blah blah".

Well I've got my new gaijin card, never showed my old one to any one, nor the one I owned previous to that. The police in my area know me and give me a nod while I'm walking about, infact in the same time my finance has been stopped twice to have her bicycle number checked, and I haven't been looked at once.
