Looks like 梅雪 (baisetsu), read right to left. Means "snow on the plum blossoms" and is just a word that evokes the end of winter (or the start of spring, if you like). I don't have high confidence in 梅, but for sure the one on the left is 雪.
The three small characters on the left are the artist's signature, but I can't read them.
