Japanese job interview

This is a long question, so bear with me. =)
I recently applied for a job at a traditional Japanese restaurant (in Canada), and judging by the brief exchange on the telephone with the manager, a lot of the interview will be in Japanese, and the more I can handle, the better.
I took the JLPT1 for the first time this past Sunday. I have self-studied, so speaking practice is wanton.
When preparing for an interview in English, there are always staple questions such as, "What did you find most challenging about your previous job?" "How do you handle stressful situations?" etc. I know interviewing styles vary, depending on the job applied for and interviewer, but they all tend to have the same basic premise.
So, my first question would be: would anyone happen to know any standard interview questions in Japanese? Hearing anything at this point would be helpful just to mentally prepare myself. The more familiar I can become with the idiom, the better.
Also: honorifics. Are there any honorifics I should be particularly wary of using, aside from standard masu/desu?

あなたの言う通り、面接で聞かれる内容は、日本の企業であろうが、
カナダの企業であろうが変わらないと思います。
１．面接での敬語は、丁寧語（です・ます）で問題無いと思います。
２．志望動機、自己PRは、いくつかのバージョンを用意しておいた方が良いと思います。
例えば、1分間バージョン、3分間バージョン
３．質問等に答える前に、「はい」と言って一呼吸を置いてみたらどうでしょうか?
例えば、
面接官：志望動機を教えてください。
あなた：「はい」 その後、あなたの志望動機を述べる。
あなたが飲食業での経験があるのかどうか知りませんが、
独学で日本語を勉強してきた姿勢は、評価されると思います。

I've done quite a few interviews in Japanese. In only one was I REALLY grilled (I think the guy is an auctioneer on the weekends). In my experience, they're quite cake. If you'll have Japanese clientel they may want you to have a nice level of fluency, but as with most Japanese on the street, they should be quite impressed if you're speaking level is on par with someone that can hold their own on the JLPT-1 (even if you didn't pass).
