I'm married to a Caucasian, but mainly consider myself to be Westernized - so I wasn't so concerned that my husband wanted to marry me because of exoticism. Likewise, I didn't feel an attraction to him because he was Irish (in fact, he's such a misfit in the culture here and so compatible with me that I should have known I'd hate living here).
