It's a hilarious case of "misheard lyrics" resulting from Japanese not know anything about the Romanian language and getting the illusion that the duo is using Japanese words.

It was a big hit last year(?), and we had a good laugh seeing several variations of the song's "misheard lyrics" on the Web.

All of them are just short words and phrases that don't have any real meaning when combined, as JimmySeal listed, but turn out funny when the words are linked to funny photos and drawings.
