Japanese Audio Phrases

I recently had an issue where I didn't have and couldn't get Flash, thus I couldn't listen to the audio files on a site to learn Japanese. I have currently resolved this issue, but I was wondering if there were any sites that host a searchable collection of recordings of Japanese words and phrases.
Please note that I am referring to actual recordings, not speech synthesis.
